    CHAOTIC GOOD JAZZ NEWSLETTER

Ready to add some groove to your week? Chaotic Good Jazz is a music discovery and appreciation newsletter on Substack that dives into the funky, weird, and wonderfully unconventional world of modern jazz. Issues go out on 5th and 20th of each month.

    CHAOTIC GOOD JAZZ RADIO SHOW

A weekly set on Shady Pines Radio built for deep listening and background head-nods. Expect spiritual grooves, noisy breakdowns, funky detours, and plenty of sax solos. It’s messy, soulful, and I hope the most chaotic part of your week.

ARTIST SERVICES

A man with curly hair and a beard, wearing a white shirt, against a bright yellow background.

I’m Alex — the voice (and ears) behind Chaotic Good Jazz.

I work with musicians and music-driven organizations to sharpen their digital presence, streamline the behind-the-scenes, and build the tools that get music heard. My background runs from digital marketing to brand development, but these days I put it to work where my heart lives: jazz and the broader creative community.

Chaotic Good Jazz is my way of making space for both sides — the art and the infrastructure. It’s a modern jazz newsletter and radio show built for curious listeners, and I also offer artist services, show support, and production guidance. Because great music deserves great platforms, and artists deserve to spend more time making it, not wrestling with the rest.
