SERVICES FOR ARTISTS, LABELS, AND
MUSIC-FOCUSED BRANDS & ORGS
Chaotic Good Jazz is more than a newsletter and radio show — it’s also a hub for artist services. I help musicians, labels, and music-focused organizations sharpen their digital presence, promote their work, and build sustainable careers.
My background in digital marketing and brand development blends with my deep interest in modern jazz to create services that work for any artist, with specialized expertise for the jazz community.

FAQ’S
-
No, I partner with working musicians, ensembles, composers, labels, and creative organizations who want to share their work cleanly, confidently, and sustainably. For content and critical review, yes, I only work with Jazz artists.
In practice this might look like:
A jazz band launching a new record needing a digital presence and EPK.
An artist or ensemble defining their voice, visual identity, and story.
A label or agency streamlining asset management and campaign rollout.
A creative nonprofit, festival, or event expanding its reach.
Musicians seeking liner notes that are as thoughtful and original as the music.
-
Most services are flat-rate project fees, set at the beginning so there are no surprises. Rates vary by project size and scope, but many fall in the $500–$2,500 range. Ongoing support (like promo or digital strategy) can be billed monthly. The first step is reaching out to book a quick call so we can discuss the project. Then I’ll be able to give you a clear picture of the rate.
-
Most projects (like a one-page site or an EPK) can be turned around in 1-2 weeks. Larger projects (like full websites or promo campaigns) usually take 6–8 weeks, depending on scheduling.
-
Possibly! Services are separate from newsletter and radio features, but sometimes they overlap. Submitting your work for feature is always open, no matter if we work together or not.
